Finishing Assembly Worker (Superyacht Construction)

As a Finishing Assembly Worker, you will carry out high-precision assembly work on luxury yacht components, ensuring a flawless finish within a professional team.

What will you do?
As a Finishing Assembly Worker, you will:

• Perform detailed assembly work on aluminium components

• Install hinges, locks, and fittings based on technical drawings

• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately

• Ensure high-quality finishing standards at all times

• Check and inspect your work for precision and quality

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Support other assembly tasks when required

  What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in finishing assembly, preferably in superyacht construction

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (at least one person in a duo)

  • High level of precision and attention to detail

  • Team player with a strong quality-driven mindset

  • Valid VCA certificate
