Benchworker - Maritime

Are you an experienced benchworker ready for a challenging role in ship assembly and repair? At HTC Techniek B.V., we're looking for skilled and reliable Benchworkers to join our long-standing shipbuilding/shipreparation projects. If you have experience dismantling and assembling mechanical components, working with hydraulic systems, and delivering high-quality workmanship in a safety-first environment, this role is for you.

What will you do as a Benchworker

• Maritime Projects. Work within a professional and collaborative workshop supporting maritime projects.

• Safety First. Strict procedures, toolbox meetings, and certified methods.

What will you do as a Benchworker?

- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, isometrics and work orders to plan and execute tasks.

- Dismantle, assemble, repair and overhaul ship components such as pumps, winches, propeller shafts and rudders.

- Work on hydraulic cylinders and steering gear: dismantle, align and reassemble pumps, motors and gearboxes in collaboration with specialists.

- Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical components, gaskets and seals where applicable.

What We Offer

• Salary: €2,800 – €3,200 gross per month.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a benchworker.

• Certifications: VCA.

• Good English skills.

• Valid driver’s license B.

• Flexible to work shifts and occasional weekends.
